The success of any school is built upon the relationships which exist between its many 'share holders'.
All those involved in the life of Abbs Cross School are encouraged to work together for the benefit of the young people in its care. Governors, staff, both teaching and support, pupils themselves, parents and carers and other members of the local community have a combined responsibility.
Parents are invited to play an active part in the education of their children. A full understanding of the rigours behind the current curriculum and pupil entitlement will ensure appropriate support. There will be regular communication throughout the year to aid this understanding but parents are invited to contact the school if there are any matters of concern. An appointment with the Head of College should resolve any problems which may be experienced from time to time.
“Students make an outstanding contribution to community life”.
